What materials are the boards made of?

All boards are made of FSC certified wood. The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certificate is a globally recognized accreditation for responsibly managed forests and sustainable wood products. It ensures that the wood and paper products bearing the FSC label meet rigorous environmental and social standards throughout the supply chain.

When I will receive my order?

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays, and shipped within 1-5 business days.

What is your return policy?

You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on fathersgoods.shop Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Item(s) must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for FathersGoods products not purchased from fathersgood.shop. All other purchases from third-party retailers or Chapter Stores, please contact the retailer directly for their return policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel it within 48 hours after placing an order.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

Every order is subject to review. Your order is only confirmed when we have provided a shipping confirmation email.

How do I find out when new boards are released?

What if I need to modify/adjust or place a custom order?

I emailed customer support, when can I expect a response?

Expect a response within 24 business hours from our Customer Support Team. Response times may be delayed during peak periods.

How do I update an incorrect shipping address?

Address updates can be requested. However we strongly suggest double checking information before submitting your order.

I didn't receive a tracking number, when should I expect it?

A shipping confirmation email is sent once your order has shipped. Allow 2-5 business days to process your order.

I received a tracking number, but the shipment hasn't moved.

Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is created. Please allow 1-3 business days from the courier for tracking updates.

What should I do if I received a damaged product?

Email us at contact@fathersgoods.shop within 24-48 hours of delivery with detailed images of the product(s) in question and the packing/invoice slip. Our team will investigate the situation and respond with a resolution.
